Isabel Londono is the Program Coordinator at Smile Farms, where she works closely with program agencies and schools serving individuals with disabilities and mental health diagnoses. She ensures that the team stays aligned with mission-focused initiatives, supporting the growth and sustainability of Smile Farms' programs.


In addition to overseeing partner funding and impact tracking, Isabel leads marketing efforts, sharing the stories of the organization's participants and programs. She collaborates with stakeholders at all levels, from administrative leaders and farm mangers to teachers, vocational specialists, and direct service professionals, ensuring participants have the resources they need to succeed. Isabel also plays a key role in seeking and vetting future partnerships, expanding Smile Farms' reach and deepening its impact.


Background & Experience:

  • Earned a B.A. in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration from Binghamton University, along with a certificate in Nonprofit Management.
    • Brings a strong background in disability services, program development, and nonprofit management.
  • Led a partnership with Chopt, a national salad company, featuring Heat with Heart in a warm bowl during National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
  • Standardized Smile Farms' programmatic impact through unified documentation and clear expectations, strengthening relationships with agencies and participants.


Fun Fact:
When she’s not working, Isabel enjoys reading fiction, watching reality TV, and practicing Spanish. She also loves spending time with her friends, family, and her new puppy, Bingo.
