NATHANIEL PAZIK

Nathaniel Pazik, a fundraising professional with more than 15 years of experience, will join Smile Farms as its Director of Development.

Nate comes to Smile Farms with development experience in higher education and start-up non-profits, among other organizations. Recently, he served as the chief of operations and development for The Counter, an independent non-profit media organization that investigates the forces that shape how and what America eats. There, he established and oversaw the organization’s budget, board of directors and fundraising efforts.

Previously, Nate worked in various professional development capacities in New York including as executive outreach and development liaison for the president’s office at Long Island University. He also worked prior in medical settings working in development and successfully managed a multi-million capital campaign with a New York City non-profit social club.

Nate has dedicated his career to working in the non-profit sector with a passion for looking to develop transformative funding.

Nate has a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in business from SUNY Plattsburgh.
