ERIKA PICCIANO

Erika (Rosborg) Picciano holds a Bachelors of the Arts degree from Marist College, majoring in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business. She brings 10+ years of business management and client relationships to the Smile Farms team. 

Prior to Smile Farms, Erika was the Account Executive at Marc Fisher Footwear, managing the wholesale ecommerce business. Her ability to capture market trends, manage inventory levels and bring speed to market products to the forefront, enabled strong revenue growth. She was also responsible for working cross-functionally to launch digital marketing campaigns.

Erika developed a strong relationship with Smile Farms after having volunteered throughout the pandemic. She has always had a strong passion for social responsibility and giving back to the community. Her connection to Smile Farms’ mission is what drives her to help grow and create endless opportunities for those in need.
