Beth is the Director of Finance & Community Engagement at Smile Farms, where she manages the organization’s finances and operations while leading volunteer engagement efforts. She plays a key role in ensuring Smile Farms maintains its nonprofit status, keeps insurance up to date, and oversees logistics for Smile Farms’ social enterprise, Heat with Heart hot sauce—monitoring inventory, processing wholesale orders, and reporting retail and wholesale metrics. A valued member of the team, Beth wears many hats, engaging with 1-800-Flowers employees, assisting with fundraising event logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of Smile Farms’ corporate volunteer days.

Background & Experience:

  • Earned an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management.
  • Began her career at The Bank of New York, working in Private Banking, Asset Lending, and as a Corporate Workout Officer.
  • Took on leadership roles in the Nassau County Parents of Multiples Club, including President, Fundraising VP, Treasurer, Programming VP, and Membership VP.

Fun Fact:

Beth volunteers as a volleyball coach for middle school girls and enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with her family—including two sets of twins!
