Frank Kurre is a Managing Director at Protiviti Inc, a global consulting firm. He is responsible for the firm’s global board governance, CEO and alumni programs. He serves as a mentor and advisor to several of the firm’s leaders and has deep expertise across a wide array of business solutions and industries.

Frank joined Protiviti in 2018 after retiring from Grant Thornton LLP, where he served as the Northeast Region Managing Partner and Managing Partner of the Metro New York offices. Frank also served as member of Grant Thornton’s Partnership Board, the governing body of the firm where he chaired the Governance Committee, Global Strategy Committee and M&A committee at various times during his two terms. Prior to his sixteen years at Grant Thornton, Frank spent eighteen years at Andersen LLP where he was an Andersen Worldwide partner.

Frank has served on a number of prominent governing and advisory boards including the Board of Directors of Catholic Health Services, the Board of Governors of St. John’s University, and the Board of Advisors of Chaminade High School. Frank currently serves on the Audit and Finance Committees of Catholic Health Services, as Chairman of the Board of Advisors – Tobin College of Business, St. John’s University, Board Member and Audit Committee member of the Pontifical Mission Aid Societies, Vice Chairman of the Institute for Catholic Schools, and Chairman of the Parish Finance Council – Notre Dame Parish, New Hyde Park, NY.

Frank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University and is a certified public accountant.. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Studies from the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception after which he was ordained a Deacon for the Diocese of Rockville Centre.
