CAROLINE FINCK

Caroline Finck joins the team at Smile Farms with 5 years in non-profits. Her roles encompassed areas such as educational programming, community outreach, and development.

Prior to joining Smile Farms, Caroline held the role of Sponsorship Support Manager at The Conference Board. Here, she managed c-suite databases, supported grant applications, and communications across sponsored conferences and programs.

Her previous tenure included responsibilities at organizations such as RISE (Rockaway Initiative for Sustainability & Equity), The Ross Park Zoo, and NEST (The Network for a Sustainable Tomorrow). These experiences equipped Caroline with a comprehensive skill set, spanning program development, social media management, fund development, strategic planning, and budget oversight.

Caroline holds a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science from Binghamton University. Her academic journey has further fueled her passion for intersectional social justice and environmentalism.
